Recurfind is provided as a client-side web tool. It runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit, store, or process your data on any server. These terms govern your use of the tool.

Acceptance

By using Recurfind you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

As-is basis

The tool is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Recurfind identifies recurring charges by pattern-matching transactions in the data you provide. Detection is not guaranteed to be complete or accurate for every statement format or spending pattern.

Not financial advice

Recurfind does not give financial advice. The yearly cost shown is a calculation based on the data you provide. Whether to keep or cancel a subscription is your decision alone. The tool does not connect to your bank, does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf, and does not know the terms of any merchant agreement.

No liability

In no event shall Recurfind or its operator be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this tool, including but not limited to missed subscriptions, incorrect cost calculations, or reliance on the analysis for financial decisions.

Billing

The Recurfind tool at recurfind-p1.agen2ic.ai is provided free of charge. There is no fee for using the subscription-detection tool, no account to create, and no payment information to provide.

Because the tool runs entirely in your browser and never transmits your data, there is no server-side service, no usage tier, and nothing to renew. No charges are applied at any time, and no automatic renewal exists.

If paid features or a separate paid offering are introduced in the future, those will be described in an update to this section with their own price, billing period, and cancellation terms. You will not be charged for any feature without clear advance notice.

Failed payments and refunds

No payment is collected for the current Recurfind tool, so no failed-payment or refund scenario applies to the free tool. If a paid tier is introduced, this section will be updated with the payment-retry policy (up to three automatic retries over five days before a subscription is paused) and the refund policy (full refund within 14 days of a paid charge for annual subscriptions, or within 48 hours for monthly subscriptions).

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
